General Product Info

Q.How much does it cost to ship my order(s)?

A.The quickest way to evaluate shipping costs is to add the desired products to your Shopping Cart and enter your shipping information to calculate exact shipping costs.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected by InkDot. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.

Q.How do I change the address on my order?

A. We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team (Inkdot Support) immediately so we can adjust the order in time.

Q.Do you ship to my country?

A. With very few exceptions, we proudly ship worldwide! In your cart, please select your country from the drop-down menu labeled Country under Shipping Information. If your country is not displayed, then we do not currently ship there. We do update this list regularly, so if your country is not listed please check back later to see if it has been added.

Q.Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

A. During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.

Q.Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Q.Why don't you ship to my country?

A. We currently ship to all of the countries shown in the Country drop-down menu of the Shipping Information screen of your shopping cart. If your country is not displayed, then we do not currently ship there. We do update this list regularly, so if your country is not listed please check back later to see if it has been added.

Q.What payment types do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please note that we only accept one (1) form of payment per order on InkDot.

Q.Are your prices in USD?

A. Yes, all prices are shown in USD. You can lookup the latest exchange rates online.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. The Wood prints and aluminum prints start at $25. Get a 4 pack of Instagram coasters or upload your own images for $20.
We also offer single custom coasters for $5, but come on who wants one coaster.

Q. How fast will my order get to me?!

A. We pride ourselves on having an industry leading turn around time; all prints will be printed and shipped within 4-7 days of ordering.

Q. I'm ordering this as a holiday gift-Will it arrive in time?

A. The following are "order by" dates for the holiday season:

  • USPS-December 8
  • FedEx Express Saver-December 14
  • FedEx 2 Day-December 15
  • FedEx Standard Overnight-December 16

Q.My order arrived damaged

A.If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

Q.I was charged more than once for my order

A.If you discover a duplicate charge on your card please Contact Us with your order number(s) and first and last name so we can find the transactions and get it fixed right away.

Q.I received the incorrect items

A.Please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

Q.I'm missing items from my order

A.If you're missing an item, double check the package and other products to make sure it's not hiding somewhere. If you still can't locate it, please let us know and we will make sure you get what you ordered.

Q.Do I receive an order confirmation?

A.Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that InkDot has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. If you have received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the email Contact Us and we will send you the order confirmation directly.

Q.I did not receive my order confirmation email

A.Please check the spam folder to locate the email and make sure we are not marked as spam so that you may receive future confirmations from us too. Also please check alternative emails that you may have used when placing the order.

Q.When will my refund show up?

A.All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds should appear on your account in 2-3 business days if issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account typically take 7-10 days to reflect on the account balance. If your refund does not show on your account balance within this time, please contact our Support Email.

Q.Can I track my order?

A.If your order is being shipped inside the 50 United States, you can track your package from the link in the shipping confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 days after your order ships for tracking information to become available.

Q.I did not receive my order confirmation email

A.Please check your spam folder and any other email addresses that you may have used. If you are unable to locate a confirmation email, just Contact Us with your first and last name, date you placed the order and the order # and we will lookup your order for you. If you paid with Paypal please send us the Paypal transaction ID so we may use that to lookup your order.

Q.I need to change my shipping address

A.Please provide an alternative address and we will update it for you right away.

Q.The special characters in my address are not showing up correctly in my email confirmation.

A.Your email client may not be displaying the characters correctly. If you provided us with the correct address we have it and it will show up correctly on the shipping label.

Q.How can I return/exchange my order?

A.If your order is damaged in transit or simply does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund as long as you email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction. In the instance of a damaged or defective item, please attach a picture of the item when contacting our customer service team.

Q.How do I cancel my order?

A.If you need to cancel an order once placed, please Contact Us immediately as we are unable to change the status of your order once it we have sent it to print, (usually within 12 hours).

Q.About Our Wood Prints

A.Photo Printing directly to wood creates a beautiful piece of art out of every Instagram photo. The process of printing directly into the wood allows for the natural wood grains to come through the image, colors pop off the natural birch to create a one of kind print.

Q.About our iPhone Cases

A.Our cases are a one-piece, impact resistant, flexible plastic hard case featuring an extremely slim profile. Made out of an extremely strong plastic called Lexan, which was developed by GE. Lexan is a stronger, lighter, more flexible, and of higher quality compared to other plastic cases on the market. Covers the back and corners of the iPhone. Fit all iPhone 4/4S, 5 and 6 iPhone versions.

Q.My iPhone case doesn't fit my phone

A.The slim profile of our iPhone Cases is designed for a snug fit. Please follow this application process to ensure a proper fit: - Slide the side with the volume control buttons in first. - Snap the other side of the case in place. - Place the phone on a flat surface, case side down, and press with both thumbs on the bottom right corner, then press on the top right corner. If you have followed the installation instructions and you still are unable to resolve the issue, please feel free to contact us again. Please confirm the iPhone version you currently have is the same as the model for your case.

Q.About Our small Prints

A.Our Small Prints are fine art prints on natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using the latest generation of digital printers. These prints are produced using an advanced dry ink method to ensure vibrant image quality with excellent sharpness and uniformity. Custom trimmed by hand with a ¼” white border for a finished size of 5.5 x 5.5”.

Q.About Our Framed Prints

A.Our Framed Prints are gallery quality Giclée prints on natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson UltraChrome K3 archival inks - the standard by which all other professional level ink technologies are measured.

Q.About Our Frames

A.Choose from a variety of frame styles, colors and sizes to compliment your favorite InkDot prints - made ready to hang. Every frame is fine-crafted from solid wood, comes with premium shatterproof acrylic or glass to preserve the art print, and an acid free dust cover on the back provides a custom finish. All framed art prints include wall hanging hardware. Frames are not sold separately.

Q.About Our Coasters

A.Our coasters are made from a quality hardboard with a gloss white finish and a cork bottom to protect any surface. Coasters can be wiped clean with soap and water without damaging the printed surface.

Q.About Our Metal Prints

A.A metal print is a hard sheet of aluminum with a photograph embedded in it. We use a special technology that infuses the image into the aluminum, for exceptional image vibrancy and incomparable durability.

Q.About Our Throw Pillows

A.Throw Pillows are made from 100% spun polyester poplin fabric, a stylish statement that will liven up any room. Available in three sizes - 16", 18" and 20". Individually cut and sewn by hand, each pillow features a double-sided print and is finished with a concealed zipper for ease of care. Sold with a faux down pillow insert.

Q.About Our Tote Bags

A.Our quality crafted Tote Bags are hand sewn in America using durable, yet lightweight, poly poplin fabric. All seams and stress points are double stitched for durability. Available in 13" x 13", 16" x 16" and 18" x 18" variations, the tote bags are washable, feature prints on both sides and a sturdy 1" wide cotton webbing strap for comfortably carrying over your shoulder.

Q.Are your products ever out of stock?

A.Unless otherwise noted, all items listed on the site are available. We produce every item individually, as it is ordered, so we never run out.

Q.How are your products produced?

A.All of our products are produced when you order them, on-demand, to avoid waste and keep our business sustainable. We go out of our way to use only the highest quality materials and processes. When you buy a product from InkDot, we produce it, package it and ship it to you - worldwide.

Q.Where are your products made?

A.All products are printed and shipped within the United States.

Q.If I order my products in bulk, can I get a better rate for my order?

A.Please simply contact our support team and we will issue a discount based on quantities and products.

A. No worries, please contact us at Inkdot Support and our customer service team will take care of the issue immediately.

Q. Will I get a tracking code?

A. Yes, you will receive your USPS tracking information in an email once the product has shipped.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. inkdot has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply email our support team at support@inkdot.com and we will send you a reprint or offer you a refund.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A.inkdot has a privacy policy you can read about HERE. But the long and short of it is, we ARE NOT going to share on Facebook any personal images, or post on our website, we value your privacy just as much as we value our own.
